The White Stuff

Updated: May 17, 2022

For centuries humans have consumed milk and dairy products, but the growth of industrialised factory farming and dairy production has turned milk into one of the most putrid things you could ever put in your body.

"Breast milk is a form of blood and most of the leukocytes in breast milk are macrophages and neutrophils. Lymphocytes including T cells (natural killer cells) and antibody-producing B cells make up 10% of the leukocytes in human breast milk. All these cells survive passage through the infants gastrointestinal system where they are absorbed and influence the infants immune response. The macrophages are essential for removing senescent cells during neonatal growth. This is the way an infant employs the mother's immune system to still remove developmentally programmed senescent cells that continue to direct the baby's own stem cells, during neonatal growth, when the infants own immune system and miocrobiome are still developing prior to weening"

"A baby is born without an immune system, it takes up to two years for the immune system to fully develop and thats why a baby needs to be breast fed. A baby ingests the mothers immune system to stimulate it's own immune system."

A dead calf is removed from a veal crate

Cows, like humans are mammals and they don't start producing milk till they are pregnant, so cows are artificially inseminated to stimulate milk production as well as being given sex hormones to keep them fertile all year round. When the baby cow is born, the little calf is allowed to drink from it's mother for 3-4 days then will be removed and started on grain feed, usually gm crops that cows would never eat in their natural environment. Male calfs are removed for veal and get killed after 6 months. Females get impreganted and used as baby machines to produce millk until their bodies are exhausted and they can't produce any more children, then it's off to the to chop to be turned into burgers. A dairy cow will only live to be about 5 years old before it is slaughtered, a wild cow will happily live into it's 30s.

As these baby cows are not drinking their mothers milk, they are not developing healthy immune systems so they require a diet of antibiotics and other pharamcutical remedies to cope with the conditions they live in, anti-malaria and anti-infection drugs to fight the diseases they could catch from living in crowded filthy conditions, painkillers and anti-inflamation drugs to help alleviate the pain and discomfort from being forcibly miilked 2 or 3 times a day. They also get things like anti-fungal drugs and the feeds can contain traces of pesticides and fertilisers, and other farmyard contamination. Milk can also contain PUS from infections like mastitis due to the amount of milking they endure, it's impossible to remove all of this crap, and the process of pasturisation actually removes all the stuff in milk that would have helped you including vitamin C and magnesium as part of the attempt to make the milk safe for humans to consume.

A sick dairy cow lying in a filthy barn

Up to 70% of goods in your supermarket contain dairy in some form, powdered milk, whey, butter, creams and so on. Traces of these chemicals make their way into the human food chain and into your bodies, this is a contributing factor with anti-biotic resistance, infections are evolving because we are full of animal medicines without our consent

The milking line

Humans give their children formula milk which is dried cows milk, from cows with no immune system, from cows who are doped up to the max with pharmaceuticals. this does nothing to help strengthen the infants own immune system.

Humans are only supposed to drink their mothers milk till they are weened, then we go onto solids. about 2 thirds of the human race is actually lactose intolerant and it's mostly in the western developped countries that our bodied have bcome tolerant of lactose. Where funnily enough we also have the highest rates of arthritis and osteoperosis.

Once weened we are not supposed to drink milk again and there is no reason to drink another animals blood. By continuing to drink milk our brains think we are still weening and so we take longer to develop neurologically and psychologically. Western mindsets are very childish and it's easy for our innocence and childlike naivety to be exploited, with things like making us all believe it's normal to keep drinking the bodily fluids of another species. That these animals live on scenic farms full of scenery and love, the reality is sadly a much different story for billions of animals all over the globe

Our way of producing dairy products is having a devastating effect on not only the animals and the environment but on our own health as well. Removing dairy from your diet has shown to help with treating things like asthma and acne, can benefit weight loss and fat reduction and overall wellness.

Try a dairy free day once a week, you don't need to go full vegan if you don't want to but reducing your dairy intake will still have major impact on your overall health.

There are many alternatives to dairy out there now, oat, soy, hemp, almond drinks that taste just as good if not better than cows milk and they can make your cooking taste amazing!.
